My journey into the world of wellness began in 2007, when I first delved into the ancient wisdom of Yoga. Over the years, my passion for fitness and well-being blossomed, leading me to pursue further learning in areas like fitness training and nutrition. Now, with 100+ fitness sessions under my belt and a substantial knowledge of nutrition, I'm well equipped to guide you on your journey towards better health.
